Driver Instructions
Regarding Parking at your pickup Location:
Are there any special instructions as to where the bus should park on arrival at your pickup location/s?
E.g. Is it a clearway, no stopping zone, loading zone, taxi rank, STA bus stop? Is it an unsealed road, battleaxe block or any inaccessible location?
Please provide details as to where the bus should park legally at your pickup location or nearby.
* Please note * We cannot wait at government bus stops (STA Bus Zones), taxi ranks, loading zones, no stopping zones or double parking.
Vehicle Use and Booking Terms

Food and Beverages Prohibited
No food or beverage (including tea and coffee) may be consumed in any vehicle at any time. This requirement is in accordance with applicable Transport for NSW (TfNSW) regulations.
Only water is permitted. -
Responsibility When Booking for Others
If a booking is made on behalf of another individual, group, or organisation, the person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all passengers are informed of and comply with the charter company’s terms and conditions. -
Alcohol Prohibition
The consumption of alcohol in any vehicle is strictly prohibited. A zero tolerance policy applies and a termination of service and no refund applies. -
Booking Changes
Any request to amend, vary, or modify a booking must be submitted to and approved by the office in writing via email. Changes are not valid unless confirmed in writing by the office. -
Driver Authority
Drivers are not authorised to approve itinerary changes, additional stops, service variations, or any other amendments to the booking. All such requests must be directed to the office for prior written (email or text) approval.
